    Managed commercial, licensing, employment, insurance, product development and product liability, antitrust, price discrimination, and joint venture claims.

    Chief legal officer responsible for all transaction and litigation legal services.

Represented corporation in the negotiation and resolution of its most serious disputes; reduced legal expenses by more than $2 million (44%) in first year. 

Responsible for litigation and transaction matters involving general corporate, finance, securities, pension plan, bankruptcy and regulatory issues. Documented commercial transactions including sales of complex assets such as resort hotels, industrial facilities, retail malls, environmentally impaired properties and investments in developments and REITS.

    Corporate and Commercial Section Chief responsible for asset management, asset sales, corporate compliance and litigation, regulatory, tax, securities, bankruptcy, ERISA and non-ERISA pension plans, environmental and land use issues.  Advised directors on corporate governance issues.  Advised on the establishment of corporate subsidiary management and liquidation policy.

    Litigation Section Chief responsible for the effective management of more than 1500 active litigation matters.  Created and managed in-house litigation section responsible for trial of defensive matters, including securities, pension and lender liability claims.

    Represented selected clients in commercial and banking transactions and litigation; handled bankruptcy and appellate matters for firm. Represented real estate developers in matters involving zoning, environmental and regulatory compliance.
