I have been involved in commercial real estate transactions throughout New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts. I have represented investors, state and national banks, thrift institutions, and other investors and lenders in a wide variety of acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and lending activities involving multifamily, commercial, industrial, and retail properties. I have experience in structuring and negotiating participation agreements among lenders and documenting debt and equity funding for both lenders and investors.
