I represent banks and other institutional lenders providing a variety of commercial banking and financial services. I also assist business clients with their banking and capital matters.

I have extensive experience in representing various types of institutional lenders in term and construction lending for a broad range of commercial and residential projects, including shopping center developments, office buildings and housing development. I also represent commercial lenders in asset-based finance, including revolving inventory and receivables financing, equipment financing, standby and commercial letters of credit, and other types of secured and unsecured lending.

I have also assisted institutional lenders with the development of standardized transactional documents and documentation procedures.

I have experience in negotiating and drafting participation and inter-creditor agreements. These arrangements can be particularly complicated when the loan becomes problematic, and I have had experience in re-negotiating and managing troubled participations.

I also have considerable experience in representing secured and unsecured creditors in workouts, reorganizations, and other problem loans.

On the borrower's side, I represent businesses applying for and negotiating commercial credit from banks, the Small Business Administration and other lenders.
